7 steps to Make Kimchi

Kimchi
Preparation
  1. Wash 4 radishes and cut heads off, peel skins and slice a cross-section.
  2. Wash 1 head of Chinese cabbage and cut its head off then chop it in a 1 inch length.
  3. Peel the skins of 3 garlic heads and wash 10 chilies then chop and grind them.
  4. Add 6 teaspoons salt and 2 tablespoons sugar and mix them together.
  5. Combine spice and vegetables all together and sprinkle 1 tablespoon mature ginger over the mixture.
  6. Pack the mixture into containers and put lids on tightly.
  7. Ferment for 3 - 4 days
Wow It's Kimchi :)
